Who we are

The Site randtradegroup.com (the “Site”) is operated by Rand Group SLU, a company registered in Andorra under registration number 7395493L, with its registered address at Escaldes AD700 (“Rand Trade Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”). References to “Rand”, “the team” or “our analysts” describe contributors who produce content for the community and do not create any separate contractual relationship between you and those individuals.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site, joining our Discord community, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing any membership or product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use our services. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to access trading and investing education and information in your country of residence. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services is lawful where you live. We may restrict or refuse access to any person or in any territory at our discretion.

Definitions

• Content means all material we make available, including written analysis, charts, research, market commentary, recaps, educational lessons, signals, videos and images.
• Signal or setup means an illustration of a potential trade idea, including reference entries, targets and invalidation levels, shared for educational and informational purposes only.
• Membership means any paid plan that grants access to premium areas of our community and Content.
• Community means our Discord server and any other group channel we operate.

Accounts and registration

To purchase a Membership you must create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account. Memberships are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed or transferred. Sharing access credentials, redistributing Content, or relaying signals to non members is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Our services

We provide trading and investing education, market analysis and research across crypto, stocks, ETFs and related sectors, delivered through the Site, the Community and the newsletter. We offer a free tier and one or more paid Membership tiers. The specific features of each tier are described on our Services page and may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, channel or part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may carry out maintenance that temporarily limits access.

Memberships, billing and renewal

Membership prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through our third party payment providers; we do not store full card details on the Site. By purchasing a recurring Membership you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

All fees are stated in dollars and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is settled.

08Cancellations and refunds

Because our Memberships provide immediate access to digital content and a live community, the following applies:

• You may cancel a recurring Membership at any time to prevent further renewals.
• Where you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal or cooling off period, that right applies as required by law. Where you request immediate access to digital Content and acknowledge that you lose any withdrawal right once access begins, that acknowledgement applies to the extent permitted by law.
• Outside of any mandatory statutory right, fees already paid for a current or past billing period are non refundable, including where you have not used the service.
• We may, entirely at our discretion and without setting a precedent, offer a goodwill refund in individual cases.

No guarantee of results

We make no representation or warranty that any signal, setup, strategy or piece of analysis will be profitable, accurate, complete or suitable for you. Any figures, win rates, examples or historical references we share are illustrative and do not guarantee future outcomes. Markets are unpredictable and any trade you take based on Content is taken at your own risk and on your own judgement. You confirm that you will not hold us responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities or other financial outcomes.

Acceptable use and conduct

When using the Site and the Community you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable financial, securities or consumer law.
• Post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, misleading, or that promotes pump and dump schemes, market manipulation or fraud.
• Solicit other members for unrelated paid services, scams, or unsolicited promotions without our permission.
• Impersonate Rand Trade Group, our team or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, resell or publicly post our Content or signals outside the Community.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or ban any member who breaches these rules, without notice and without refund where the breach is serious.

Intellectual property

All Content, branding, logos, layouts, research templates, charts and the compilation of materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Rand Trade Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your own non commercial use as a member. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely without obligation to you.

Third party services and links

Our services rely on and link to third party platforms, including Discord, payment processors, charting tools such as TradingView, exchanges and brokers. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices. Your use of any third party service is governed by that party’s own terms. Any tools, brokers or platforms we reference are mentioned for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or a recommendation to open an account.

Disclaimers

The Site and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Content is error free, that the Site will be secure or uninterrupted, or that any defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rand Trade Group, its owners, team and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the Community or any Content, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the services is limited to the total amount you paid us for your Membership in the [NUMBER] months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rand Trade Group, its owners, team and contributors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your Membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to access the Content and Community ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification, will continue to apply.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Andorra, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Andorra will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally. Where you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
